Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Systemic Therapy
In Systemic therapy, the influence of environmental factors such as work, school, neighborhood, religion, culture and significant people in your life is explored. There is a lot of attention for improvement of interaction patterns between you and people in your social network. You may invite significant others to some sessions of the therapy.

EMDR
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and is a scientifically proven treatment for dealing with unpleasant experiences. When treating psychotrauma, EMDR is the first choice of treatment.
